As published, this annual meeting started at 9:30 AM on Sunday, Jan 19th, and was held in the Oak Room at the Elgin Country Club. Property Owners enjoyed a warm breakfast and fellowship during the meeting.

Dues for the 2022/2023 fiscal year will remain at $425 for the year and should be paid in full before August 15th, 2022.
The WGPOA's financial statements are done on a cash rather than an accrual basis. As explained in the annual meeting, several approved and budgeted items from the last fiscal year were not billed in the last fiscal year leaving a surplus. The surplus is greater than the projected deficit for the new budget allowing our financial position to stay strong.
Our Bylaws call for two-year terms which are staggered allowing for Board continuity. See WGPOA Board of Directors section for current status.
